The chef is a truly incredible and captivating man; undoubtedly a fellow with a very refined sense of humor. With great luck, we witnessed an amazing live show; the ambient soundtrack is excellent, far better than many operas I have waited for. The waiters always show enormous care by speaking English with me upon realizing I couldn't communicate in French. As for the waitress, her calmness and exquisite mastery were a standout. All areas were very clean and well-equipped, including the kitchen, which I had the honor of visiting.
Regarding the food and drinks, one must highlight the incredible variety (including vegan options, with all dishes being of high level and great quality); they also have extremely affordable prices for everyone.

I'd like to begin by saying that I didn't expect to have such a special and rewarding experience in France. Although I regularly visited local restaurants, none captured the true essence of France like this one did. The food was perfect, and above all, the exceptional service made me feel right at home. I felt their professionalism and warmth at all times. They always seemed intent on making our experience go beyond simply satisfying our hunger. I'm speechless when it comes to the staff. The waiters were so friendly and attentive, and the chef is probably the best French person I'll ever meet. I can only thank God for giving me the opportunity to experience such a special evening, and I hope my humble opinion helps others who are looking for a truly authentic French experience to find it too.
