In the middle of rue Merciere, this restaurant specializing in salmon holds its place. Pleasant setting, attentive staff, terrace, I had a pleasant time there and I recommend it.

We were hesitant about going to eat on Rue Mercière. We received a fantastic welcome at Crazy Salmon on Sunday March 10th. It was our daughter's birthday and the servers were wonderful. Impeccable and friendly service, very pleasant surroundings and a meal worthy of a large table. Thank you all and congratulations.

A great discovery this week! Delicious dishes with a good choice, very nice cocktails/mocktails and above all an excellent welcome. The servers were warm, fast and attentive, we had a great time. The desserts are also very good, I liked the tarte tatin. We'll come back.

Great experience! High-flying signature cocktails, extra fresh and delicious salmon in all its forms! A warm welcome and impeccable service. The decor is superb too! A rare quality-price ratio in our beautiful city of Lyon. I highly recommend you!

Hadrien was an exceptional server, providing attentive and professional service which greatly improved our experience. However, although the service was impeccable, we felt that the food was unfortunately lacking in flavor, which took a bit of a damper from our overall dining experience.

Yes, the formula may seem excessive but it puts Chef Galvan in the firmament of our culinary experiences, including Michelin stars. We WILL NOT SPOILER this unique gastronomic adventure as discovery is part of the concept of this Chef with extremely rare talent and sensitivity. Let yourself be carried away by the many surprises, improbable and deliciously regressive flavors. Accept the idea that cooking can be stunning and sublime. 02/03/2024: Best restaurant in Lyon! Whether it’s the atmosphere, the cuisine, the friendliness or the location!! Go ahead with your eyes closed It’s our go-to every time we go out into town.
02/03/2024: Comme à la maison could be the second name of the restaurant. It's simple and very good. The team (although there are not 11) is efficient and warm. I love it and never tire of it. Cheers to you.
