It's been over three years since my boyfriend and I discovered Crêperie Du Moment. And I'm not going to mince words: it's the best crêperie in the area. We haven't been back since, due to lack of time, but we'll be changing that soon. And for good reason: fresh, local ingredients, a friendly atmosphere, LEGO-themed decor, and service that's both pleasant and efficient… it has it all. And above all, the Garrigue galette is pure bliss. Not to mention the dessert: melting apples, salted caramel, with a crêpe that literally melts in your mouth. Very affordable prices, on top of everything else. In short: thank you for existing.

Discovering this truly excellent crêperie! The welcome is warm and the galettes... a delight for the taste buds, as well as the eyes. Their presentation is simply magnificent and particularly original, with a small crispy basket filled with salad on top of the galette. The portion is generous. For the more adventurous, sweet crêpes await; the presentation is more classic, but they are clearly very good too. An address to remember, without a doubt, in Carros village!

What a wonderful place! Reservations are essential, as it's not large, but it's well worth it. The dishes are beautifully presented and absolutely delicious. Most of the ingredients are locally sourced, which is a real bonus. The owner is very friendly and has a great sense of humor. To end our Easter day on a high note, we strolled through Carros Village: I highly recommend a visit.

26/11/2025: A welcoming place with various works by local artists on display. The food is excellent, the service is fast, and the staff is friendly. Excellent pizza, absolutely worth trying are the Niçoise ravioli, and their homemade French dessert made with lemon, meringue, and Breton biscuits: VERRINE CITRON MERINGUE! I'll be dreaming about it tonight!!! The prices are fair for the quality and quantity offered, and they don't charge for pitcher water or a cover charge!

12/04/2026: Passing through the area for a construction project, I stopped for lunch. My first experience wasn't great; everything was fantastic—the food, the atmosphere—but when it came time to pay, I was confronted by an unpleasant bartender with absolutely no respect. In short, I left. I returned the following week, and the experience was much better. The welcome was excellent, the waitress' portion was very good, the food was well-prepared, and this time the bartender was very friendly, smiling, and professional. So, if anyone has had a similar experience, I think you can go back. They've weeded out the bad apples. I've been back five times in a row, and it's been nothing but a wonderful experience. A warm, family-run place.
