Crêperie du Moulleau sur Cauterets

Excellent crêperie. We had the Peguére crêpe and it was delicious. The restaurant's interior is rustic and has a mountain feel. I highly recommend it.

We ate very well, received a warm welcome, and all at a very reasonable price.

We had two cookies and a crepe. Everything was delicious. They're very friendly and you can tell everything is homemade. Good value for money.

I'm surprised by the negative reviews. My friend and I initially went to the crêperie in the late afternoon to ask if we needed to make a reservation. We were greeted by a very friendly and smiling gentleman. We then came back for dinner one evening. We received a very warm welcome and were well served by an equally pleasant young woman. Our crêpes were excellent and generously filled. Perhaps a little salad would have been a nice touch, but frankly, we were delighted.

We came in the mid-afternoon for afternoon tea. The welcome was unfriendly, and we felt like we were bothering them. The order taking and service reflected the poor reception. The sweet cider wasn't very good. The crêpes, however, were perfect, which somewhat made up for the rest. Note that they only accept credit cards for purchases over €19... and they don't give change for holiday vouchers.

Delicious and generous crêpes and galettes, very friendly staff. Highly recommended.
