Professional lunch: very good sweetbreads and very good walnut cake

Very creative cuisine: surprising combinations, quality products, great discovery of (natural) wines. Behind the labels aligning the ingredients, we discover imagination in the implementation, the ingredients are assembled with precision and intelligence. The place and the decor, raw and wooden, are cozy and the service lets you take your time to enjoy the meal with friends. In short, a very nice address, in the very pleasant and quiet Rue du Chere Midi, right in the chic 6th arrondissement and a stone's throw from Le Bon Marché and the excitement of St Germain! I recommend!

Address in the spirit of the times, Parisian chic bohemian, neighborhood obliges. Nice setting, just a little noisy but nothing more. It's very good, interesting combinations of flavors. The service is good, no excessive waiting, pleasant contact. In summary, very good address. 4 stars (not 5) for the somewhat limited choice that the menu offers, even if that too is in keeping with the times. Also by the somewhat modest portions, at least those served as part of the menu. The à la carte dishes are frankly more expensive, it is to be hoped that the quantities served are measured accordingly. Generally speaking, it's a little expensive but not surprising for the area. At least it's very good!

We had a nice lunch here. Food is a slightly modern and interesting twist on classics. Lots of fresh produce! I couldn't resist the rabbit liver with salad and beets. Great combination.

Overpriced drinks. A glass of Brouilly for eleven euros, beer for eight euros, water for seven euros. It's a shame. Very good kidneys fortunately, but I won't come back to that.
