Crêperie La Fabrique sur Charleville-Mezieres

Hello, I used to come and treat myself to good fries and good burgers from the factory for about two years but I have been disappointed 4 times in a row since the summer season. The young people who replace in the kitchen are too lax and they even made fun of my look when I ordered and there was almost nothing in the burger and the steak was barely cooked. I went back with a friend, telling myself that it was bad luck's fault, but then again there was no Maroilles and when we went to bring it back, the young man in the kitchen got angry and then we returned. the burger with the slice of Maroilles not even melted. I'm sorry but we need someone with experience to supervise them. Dsl for this comment but if I don't it won't just be me who will be disappointed.

Excellent welcome and very friendly waiter who was very kind to our 6 year old son and advised us on the beautiful things to see in the area. As for the dishes, Savoyard pancakes, wholemeal, and salad (mushrooms, salmon, prawns... a delight!) for our part, it was very good. We are from the Paris region but if we lived in the surrounding area, we would definitely be regular customers.

Eating on the most beautiful square in Grand Est is already a great pleasure, but eating in La Fabrique was a treat. Great service, a view of the square on a summer day and really delicious food. Both the 'tartare de tuna' and the 'tartare de boeuf' were excellent. (For tuna: slightly fewer onions are allowed.) Very good price-quality ratio.

Good time with family. A bit expensive for crepes

We had fried fish as an appetizer, which were very tasty. We said that our main course could come immediately after the starter. After waiting more than 1h15 after the starter, still no main course, while other tables (that had arrived after us) all received their food. The waiter claimed he had not forgotten. 10 minutes later we finally got our food which was obviously hastily prepared with half raw eggs etc. I asked and ended up going and getting it myself from their stand outside halfway through the meal. Result: 3 out of 4 people go home with stomach pain. Plus point: my son's hamburger was tasty and it is located on a pleasant square.

Quel dommage, mais quel dommage que cette galette ne croustille pas.... De grâce mettez plus de beurre lors de la cuisson on a le sentiment que la pâte est bouillie alors que le boudin blanc et les champignons se marient parfaitement avec la galette. Au delà de ça l'accuei est très bien.
