Simply the best crêperie in Redon! As soon as you walk through the door, the delicious aroma of butter and buckwheat greets you and sets the tone. The setting is rustic and warm, with a touch of humor even in the restroom decor, creating a very convivial atmosphere. On the plate: The quality of the ingredients is impeccable. I recently tried the Pear-Reblochon galette, an original and daring recipe that works wonderfully! The menu offers options for all tastes, and, a major plus, the staff are happy to modify the fillings with a smile (they even made me a sweet buckwheat galette). The service: The welcome is extremely friendly. Admittedly, there can be a bit of a wait during peak hours, but it's the perfect time to chat with friends or family. In any case, the result on your plate is well worth the extra wait! Excellent value for money for an authentic experience. Go for it!
