Passing through Dinan on the evening of July 14th, Be New is truly an excellent place. Fast service, very friendly welcome. Very, very good farm cider and delicious galettes and crêpes.

Excellent service and excellent food. We were very happy with our experience there. 10/10 would recommend. We took both savory and sweet crêpes. Crêpes Suzette were amazing!

What a surprise! The BeNew galette is excellent with its carrot sorbet. So good. The profiterole crepe is also delicious; just one suggestion: don't dilute the chocolate topping with milk, or offer two versions.

15/07/2026: A nice surprise. Stopped for lunch, which was excellent - all three courses. Walked by and saw the chalk-board menu, the Gault-et-Millau 2025, and the bright white tablecloths - all set for lunch. Meal was perfectly presented, well proportioned, and well served. Very nice wine list to choose from - glass or bottle. Highly recommend you enjoy a meal here. We will return!
