Creperie Les Salines sur Carhaix-Plouguer

The crepes were marvelous, one would say they were lace-like, all perforated like lace, made with butter. I got a kind of combo option of a savory crepe with a sweet crepe for dessert. The service was at a leisurely pace, without the rush of a big city; the owners, who handle everything, were attentive and very friendly. It's a shame they don't open for dinner. Oh, and don't forget to have some cider to go with them.

A crêperie that's admittedly a bit dated, but simple and efficient. Unpretentious and friendly. Friendly service and the crêpes are good.
