The crepes are excellent, both sweet and savory. Unfortunately, the space is small and lacks proper ventilation, so kitchen fumes fill the entire restaurant.

Restaurant le Chalet

12/09/2026: Excellent restaurant in the heart of Briançon! A truly wonderful discovery, both for its unique, mountain-inspired decor and for the delicious food on the menu. To start, a generous charcuterie board that perfectly met our expectations. We then continued with a fondue worthy of a true mountain meal, rich and comforting! The tartiflette was equally impressive: generous, flavorful, and perfect for warming the heart at the end of summer. 🏔️ And to finish this meal in style, an exquisite crème brûlée, perfectly fulfilling our expectations. A special mention also goes to the waiter: jovial, playful, and relaxed, he fully contributes to the restaurant's atmosphere and brings that friendly, family feel that makes the place so charming. In short, here you'll find the mountain spirit that people come to Briançon for: conviviality, a warm setting, and above all, excellent food. +1 for the excellent génépi served free as a digestif! An excellent place that I wholeheartedly recommend to anyone visiting Briançon! Romain and Alex
