Excellent meal! We enjoyed ourselves from A to Z, with particularly friendly service and a great, very quiet location.
We had a complete menu, starter, 2 main courses, dessert, to taste everything!
As a starter, the small revisited pizza with crunchy fresh vegetables was excellent, as was the perfect egg ravioli on a goat cheese cream. Very fresh, very pleasant tastes.
The dishes were also excellent. The first dish, in a slightly smaller format, trout on tomato and beetroot sauce and a kind of edamame was very good, original. Surprise for the second dish, which we expected in small format, but which arrived in large size! and what a pleasure!! It was excellent, the meat juices so good, the meat very tender, with the mash foam, the corn on the cob, and the cherry on the cake (or garlic on the veal), the whole head of garlic confit . A treat, simple but truly striking!
I was dreading the desserts, being more of a savory team, and the delight of the main courses... but it was up to par! Excellent chocolate dessert, but especially peach on a cake soaked in lemon balm... Fresh, light (after a starter and two main courses it's necessary), excellent!
Everything was excellent, you understand!
I wholeheartedly recommend this restaurant. Be careful, reservations are almost obligatory, we saw a good number of passers-by leaving disappointed because they were full 30 minutes after opening.
I hope to come back to Annecy soon, just for this restaurant!
