Fantastic! The waitress was extraordinary. She asked me to trust her and order a buckwheat galette, and she was right because it was delicious. She was incredibly kind and smiling despite the other unpleasant customers who had no respect for anything. I will definitely be back, and thank you to the waitress and the cook!

Luckily, they were able to take me without a reservation. A tuna and black olive galette, an apple and chocolate crepe—very good, generous portions, and service that clearly prioritized customer satisfaction.

I absolutely loved Ty Bihan crêperie!!! I was blown away by the quality of the ingredients and the perfect texture of the buckwheat crêpe. The sourdough batter makes it light and fluffy, and the perfect cooking with just the right amount of butter gives it that legendary crispness. We enjoyed our crêpe so much that we ordered a second one! I can't wait to go back and try a butter and sugar crêpe, my all-time favorite, because it's clear we didn't have room for dessert after our feast. The atmosphere is friendly and relaxed, and you'll have a wonderful time at Ty Bihan! I'm also so happy to have discovered an organic crêperie. Eating organic is truly essential for me, and for a big fan of buckwheat crêpes, wheat crêpes, and Breton galettes like myself, it's a joy to find such a great place!

The products are organic and local. We had a very good meal. The food was fresh. We will return. I recommend it.
