Lunch today, the sauerkraut was a very good dish, except it wasn't hot, which was a real shame, especially since there was only one microwave in the cafeteria and one near the cash registers, which wasn't enough in my opinion. Another point I noticed about the chicken service was the way the chicken was carried with tongs to the plate, which was about two meters behind, with dripping sauce on the floor. It would have been better if the plate had come to the chicken. As for the sauerkraut, the sausage was hanging out of the dish—very hygienic, isn't it?—hence the cold dish. There was a lot of carelessness, which isn't acceptable. Otherwise, the staff was pleasant.

31/03/2026: We booked somewhat by chance… and chance really did work out well! An excellent set menu: delicious salmon rillettes, followed by perfectly balanced linguine with pesto and creamy goat cheese, and then a very good Breton far for dessert. We also tried a Savoyard mountain pizza, which was equally delicious. A warm welcome, smiling and attentive service from start to finish. Flavorful, generous dishes, prepared with care. A big thank you for this wonderful experience; we will gladly return!

The accompaniments with the hot drinks were much appreciated. A truly distinctive culinary identity. Thank you for this dinner for two. 23/04/2026: The gourmet restaurant Le Saison, helmed by Ronan Kervarrec, is located in Saint-Grégoire, just ten minutes north of Rennes. We opted for the five-course tasting menu, a true delight. We appreciated the refined cuisine of this talented and passionate chef of Breton origin, who knows how to showcase the finest Breton produce. We savored each exquisite dish, a true pleasure for both our eyes and our palates. The dishes were exquisitely presented, with perfectly balanced flavors and masterful sauces. The service was friendly and pleasant. We had a wonderful time in a warm, welcoming, and intimate setting. A lovely terrace in the garden is perfect for enjoying sunny days. Two Michelin stars are well-deserved, and this is an address not to be missed.
