Crescendo restaurant sur Bourg-En-Bresse

I've eaten at Crescendo several times now, and each time I'm just as satisfied. The staff is welcoming, smiling, attentive, and always goes the extra mile, even when it's busy. One detail particularly stood out to me: I wanted an iced coffee, which isn't really on the menu. Since they were out of ice, an employee took the time to go and get some from their other location so she could make it for me. Despite the crowd, she made a point of fulfilling my request with great professionalism and kindness. This kind of attention is becoming rare and deserves to be highlighted. It's this sense of service, combined with a team that's always available and pleasant, that makes me want to come back. Thank you to the whole team for your dedication and good humor. I highly recommend it!

A huge thank you to the team leader, who is incredibly accommodating. Thanks to him, everything runs smoothly, and we always feel welcome. A quick message to the young people who will be working during the summer: hold on tight, guys, it's packed! 😄 But despite the crowds, the quality is always there. It's always so good. I highly recommend it!

A very pleasant atmosphere, thank you to Sonia and Zoé for their friendliness, laughter, and the time spent together. All the best to you both, and good luck with your work! The chicken was a little bland for me, but everyone has different tastes; what's too seasoned might be less so for some, and vice versa. The atmosphere was quite noisy, but it's a cafeteria, so you deal with it and adapt. Zoé's smile and the excellent service from her colleague Sonia made up for this minor drawback.

The buffet offered a good selection and was well-presented; overall, the afternoon snack was good. However, the cleanliness of the place needs improvement (a large cobweb right above my head and a dirty seat).

We arrived as a group of 44 and were seated and served in record time. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful! Thank you for everything. I highly recommend them!!!
