Very unpleasant service for a hot meal. Bolognese pasta + pre-prepared (cold) crepe + not enough sugar for a €3 crepe. Easy money made

I do not recommend the gizzard salad.

Excellent value for money. Plenty of choice, prices are average. The staff are friendly and polite. If you're coming from the Ibis Budget across the street, you'll get a 10% discount. Vegetables are unlimited. We were a group of 12 and everyone enjoyed their meal.

The self-service area was very pleasant. The starter and dessert buffets were very appealing. There was a wide variety of dishes at affordable prices. A pleasant lunch. Friendly service.

First time trying Crescendo: for the price, the dishes are quite decent. I want to commend the young woman serving pasta, as she had a lot of customers to serve on her own. However, I find it unwise and dangerous that she drained the pasta above the floor (she could have slipped). I also noticed that in the kitchen, there was a trash can that didn't open with a foot pedal. I saw another employee open it with her hand, not wash her hands, and then touch food afterward (it's shameful). There's also a hole in the tiles near the fryers. Not all the tables outside had been cleared; we had to move trays to be able to place ours. We were there for 45 minutes, and no one came to clean the tables. In conclusion: the food was decent, the staff friendly, but understaffed. There was a significant lack of hygiene in the kitchen and on the terrace.

Great restaurant, but it's lost a bit of its human touch since the change of "manager" - thankfully the waiters/his staff still maintain their energy and good humor!!

A very nice place for a coffee break or anything else, I recommend it 👍
