DELICIOUS! I ate a fleischnacka (meat roll). I didn't know what it was, but it was absolutely delicious. Guillaume provided excellent service. I highly recommend it.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Incredible! We just left Vestibule and it was incredibly good! The restaurant is ideally located in Little Venice. The dishes are beautiful, flavorful, and made with very fresh ingredients. In addition, the setting is charming and the service is absolutely warm. Flawless from start to finish. Go for it without hesitation!

An absolutely magical spot with an incredible vibe, authentic charm, and great AC. The food is amazing—do not miss the foie gras on dark rye paired with a sweet Alsatian wine!

5 star Dining experience! I recommend if you are in Colmar. We were 3 nights , and 2 of them went there for dinner. For me and my family was a pleasure to spend my mother's birthday here. Amazing food, amazing stuff, amazing atmosphere 🙌 👌 If I ever come back to Colmar, this will be my place again and again!

We walked by yesterday and saw how busy it was, so we immediately made a reservation for 7:00 PM today. It was absolutely worth it! The food was delicious, and the service was outstanding. Highly recommended if you’re in the area!

05/08/2026: We stopped for a coffee and breakfast. Excellent, as was the apple streusel yogurt cake, which was absolutely delicious. Add to that a warm welcome and you have a wonderful time.

Restaurant AU Port du Canal

03/01/2026: We made a last-minute reservation and got a table. We received a very warm welcome, the service was excellent and well-paced, and the owner had a friendly, witty remark and a genuine desire for quality. We ordered two set menus: starter, main course, and dessert, including gratinated scallops, sauerkraut, and trout, followed by a sorbet with a generous splash of liqueur and a chestnut tart. The large dining room was beautifully decorated with ample space between the tables, creating a wonderfully intimate atmosphere. We have no regrets and will definitely return, especially since the menu changes regularly!
23/12/2025: Impeccable service, delicious food, a cozy atmosphere, it has everything!
