Cyrano sur Billom

Visited today. The owner has a great sense of humor, and the young woman serving was very kind and attentive. The menu was much appreciated (special mention for the homemade red wine sauce), and we also wanted to acknowledge the chef. A very pleasant experience; we'll be back! Honestly, I don't understand the negative reviews I've read on Google... For us, Cyrano has always been a very good experience! The owner and waitress are always pleasant and welcoming, and we've never had the slightest problem. The dishes are excellent, well-presented, and plentiful. Regarding the prices, yes, it's perhaps a little more expensive than a large chain, but that's also normal: we're lucky to have a truly quality little restaurant right in the center of Billom, with fresh produce and friendly service—and that comes at a price. In short: a warm place, where you eat well and are always well received. I recommend it without hesitation!
