It's a joy to eat there: the food is refined, expertly prepared, and of high quality. They use local ingredients, cooked with precision. We appreciated the detailed presentation of the dishes and the wine.

The owner gave me a warm welcome, the service was quick, and the restaurant was pleasant; however, the beef stew was tough and lukewarm, and the vegetables were cold. As for the dish I ordered à la carte, the price was a bit high for the portion size. A shame... we won't be returning.

We come from time to time, and our taste buds are always pleasantly surprised and delighted. The service and the friendliness of the staff are second to none. It rivals any restaurant in Clermont-Ferrand. A must-try.

A truly excellent restaurant, offering refined cuisine made with very local produce and a daily menu with original flavors. For €20, you get a choice of two starters, a main course of slow-cooked meat (often lamb, which is rare in restaurants) with beautifully presented fresh vegetables and frequently a touch of fruit, all prepared in a tagine style. It's always a delight. And at least two desserts to choose from. Whenever I go alone, I can always get a table, even if it means a short wait. In the summer, there are tables in the shaded courtyard. A real pleasure!

A friendly restaurant with homemade products; the Corsican charcuterie platter was excellent. I highly recommend it. Be sure to book ahead; you won't be disappointed.

06/03/2026: Visited today. The owner has a great sense of humor, and the young woman serving was very kind and attentive. The menu was much appreciated (special mention for the homemade red wine sauce), and we also wanted to acknowledge the chef. A very pleasant experience; we'll be back! (Price shown below includes aperitif, meal, wine, and coffee.)
29/10/2025: Honestly, I don't understand the negative reviews I've read on Google… For us, Cyrano has always been a great experience! The owner and the waitress are always pleasant and welcoming; we've never had the slightest problem. The dishes are excellent, beautifully presented, and generous. Regarding the prices, yes, it might be a little more expensive than a large chain, but that's to be expected: we're lucky to have a truly high-quality little restaurant right in the heart of Billom, with fresh ingredients and personalized service—and that comes at a price. In short: a warm and welcoming place where the food is delicious and the service is always excellent. I highly recommend it!
