Cyrano sur Billom

Visited today. The owner has a great sense of humor, and the young woman serving was very kind and attentive. The menu was much appreciated (special mention for the homemade red wine sauce), and we also wanted to acknowledge the chef. A very pleasant experience; we'll be back! Honestly, I don't understand the negative reviews I've read on Google… For us, Cyrano has always been a great experience! The owner and the waitress are always pleasant and welcoming; we've never had the slightest problem. The dishes are excellent, beautifully presented, and generous. Regarding the prices, yes, it might be a little more expensive than a large chain, but that's to be expected: we're lucky to have a truly high-quality little restaurant right in the heart of Billom, with fresh ingredients and personalized service—and that comes at a price. In short: a warm and welcoming place where the food is delicious and the service is always excellent. I highly recommend it!
