Cyrano sur Billom

08/07/2024: Very good quality cuisine with local products, plates full of flavors. Plus a patio for lunch outside and a weekday lunch menu at 18 EUR for 3 courses. I highly recommend.

03/07/2024: Good seasonal and market produce, homemade dishes, good, but no surprises for the taste buds apart from the apricot and lavender tart. Noisy room which does not inspire anything, no paper menus to better choose if we did not understand given the hubbub. The large "menu" board was presented but behind the guest's back upon arrival, cramped room.. I expected better .
