Excellent experience. Superb service with a smile and efficiency. Refined cuisine with a view of the harbor. It is a bit pricey, though.

Overly fast service.
The sharing platters looked interesting. The appetizers were excellent. The linguine contained practically no seafood for €35. No compensation was offered despite our comments.
Very disappointing for a Michelin-starred restaurant. Beware.

Being able to sample several dishes thanks to portion sizes tailored to the number of guests is a great idea. For starters, for three people we enjoyed the storzapretti, the only dish that didn't quite elicit a "wow" response, accompanied by the "childhood memory" eggplant croquette 😋, a real treat, and fried calamari 🎉, a far cry from our usual ordinary rings of batter. For the main course, we had two portions of sea bass tartare with hazelnut and ginger crumble ❣️, a delight, kudos for the seasoning, and a surprising and incredibly delicious spider crab pastry crisp. For dessert: fig crème brûlée, nuciola and pain des morts (a type of bread), and a clementine mousse.

A wonderful surprise! Despite being in a very touristy area, this restaurant hasn't compromised on quality. The finesse of the dishes, the flavors, the beautiful presentation, Lois's service: everything is perfect.
The concept: gourmet Corsican tapas! Absolutely delicious and exquisitely refined, a reinterpretation where our love of good food led us to recommend it because it was impossible not to try everything… including the desserts. To date, my favorite Corsican restaurant.

Excellent food at Da Passano, especially the Corsican tasting platter created by chef Edoardo Menna. Lovely decor. A must-try restaurant in Bonifacio!
