28/11/2025: A restaurant I return to regularly, proof that the food is good. The menu is classic for a Japanese restaurant, but the dessert menu truly stands out: fondue or chocolate fondant—a welcome change from the usual ice cream and a delightful surprise at the end of the meal. As for the main courses, the ingredients are good and fresh, although the slicing of some of the sashimi is occasionally inconsistent, which slightly affects the texture. I also had a few slightly dry slices, but nothing too serious. The presentation is elegant, and the service is pleasant and efficient. There are times when you have to wait a little, but the wait is always short and reasonable. ⭐ Final rating: 4.5/5 A good, reliable, and pleasant Japanese restaurant, with real added value in the desserts and only a few minor points for improvement regarding the sashimi.
