Pizza. The dough is rubbery. The dough consistency needs to be adjusted (too similar to frozen dough). The crust is too thick. Too much dough.

The impeccably designed décor, with its distinctly Italian aesthetic, provides a stunning, Instagram-worthy setting. It's a shame the cuisine doesn't quite live up to this aesthetic promise: the dishes lack depth and flavor compared to what the menu suggests. The wine by the glass is decent, the service pleasant, but the overall experience falls short of the restaurant's visual appeal.

We had a wonderful family evening at Daroco Bourse, a true Italian escape in the heart of Paris. From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the setting: an elegant, warm, and charming place with an ambiance that instantly transported us to Italy. The restaurant is very pleasant, with a calm and soothing atmosphere, free from noise, allowing us to fully enjoy the meal and conversation as a family. The service was also a real highlight: a professional, smiling, attentive, and highly efficient team. Everything was perfectly orchestrated, with great kindness and discretion. As for the food, it was a real treat. The pizzas reminded us of our best memories of Italy: an exceptional crust, light, crispy, and perfectly executed. The Margherita, simple yet made with quality ingredients, was a true delight. The zucchini pizza, more creative, also won us over with its finesse and originality. The pasta with sea bass tartare and that delicate touch of lemon was a wonderful discovery: a fresh, refined, and perfectly balanced dish where every flavor was highlighted. And to finish off this marvelous meal, the homemade tiramisu was simply exceptional: smooth, generous, light, and perfectly balanced. An address we recommend without hesitation. Between the magnificent setting, the tranquility of the place, the quality of the ingredients, the creativity of the dishes, and the excellent service, Daroco Bourse offered us a true journey to Italy. A big thank you to the entire team for this unforgettable experience; we will gladly return.
