We had mixed feelings about the meal: some parts were excellent, but the rest was very average. The signature dish (spit-roasted ham) was barely lukewarm, and we weren't offered the "all-you-can-eat" option.
We also felt it was a shame that, as locals who will return from time to time, we were treated much worse than foreign tourists (who will probably never come back).
This wasn't our first time at Brendelstub, and we had never been disappointed... until this time.

Thank you! The dishes were creative and absolutely delicious – true culinary masterpieces! Thank you also for your thoughtful consideration and attention to food intolerances due to medical reasons. We were also impressed by the very friendly and competent service team! A glimpse into the kitchen revealed a harmonious team at work, skillfully and lovingly creating fresh dishes. You could feel their respectful dedication to the fresh ingredients, prepared with dignity and humility – here, cooking is truly done with love, the dishes are presented with artistry, and the friendly staff carries them to the table. A well-coordinated team, both kitchen and service – they deserve recognition as well!

Highly recommended!
We dined at this restaurant, drawn by the reviews and photos of the dishes we found online, and we were not disappointed: impeccable service and excellent food.
We were two adults and two children. We ordered a gazpacho, two salads, and two children's menus: quality ingredients and perfectly executed flavor combinations made the experience truly satisfying. The wait staff was also extremely courteous.
We'll definitely be back!

Unfortunately, this restaurant is overrated. The fries, mayonnaise, and beetroot are not homemade. The meat was tender, the salad good. The Pinot Noir was served too warm, etc. Overrated and the price-performance ratio is unfortunately not okay.

Outstanding restaurant located in the heart of Riquewihr, Alsace. Our Entrees were delicious and the staff were excellent. Plenty of tables inside and some outdoor. We had a great experience.

I enjoyed a Crémant with fine bubbles, smooth, rich, and warm on a terrace along the main street. It's a recommended spot where you can enjoy your wine while admiring the colorful buildings and lovely flowers.
