I am critical of restaurants, now only focusing on quality and therefore having to reduce frequency/quantity. I discovered this restaurant last week before it closed (only opens in summer). One word: Excellent The welcome is warm and really friendly. The dishes are delicious (special mention to the Rossini tartine) and indeed hearty. The setting is magnificent (old farmhouse) and the staff are responsive in the service. It's a 10/10 So I recommend this restaurant with my eyes closed, go for it ;)

A quick but friendly welcome, A cuisine with regional products and interesting wines, a very cocooning decor. In short, a place to visit and re-visit!! Whether in pairs or in groups, the staff adapts.

The dishes are tasty and very well presented. Tuna tataki..... A real delight! The service at the top. All in an atypical setting. I highly recommend!

A good experience this Inside Out. Hearty and very good dishes (well-cooked meats and drippy accompanying sauces). The setting upstairs is really nice. Nicely furnished under the roof. “Chic alley cat” atmosphere. Waiter with quirky humor… but rather friendly. In the end, good value for money, and a pleasant time.

Wonderful culinary moment in an atypical setting. Very welcoming and friendly staff. So friendly that we ended our evening with the customers at the next table! Fresh products generally from local producers. Quality at the rendezvous! Highly recommended!

25/11/2024: Small, unpretentious restaurant but we simply enjoyed ourselves!!! At lunchtime the menu is short but the choices are perfect! Too bad we live far away otherwise we would come back.

10/09/2024: Very good food with great taste in a relaxed and intimate atmosphere.
06/09/2024: Really quality cuisine, with real research into the sauces. A super accessible chef (Claire) who loves her job, you can see (and feel) it on the plates! Flawless, from aperitif to dessert. Really homemade, which is increasingly rare, and high quality local products. We tasted the gratin of ravioli with Queyras blue cheese, a treat and very hearty, the absolutely divine homemade Burger (with its candied onions, homemade bun, excellent meat cooked to perfection, with Queyras blue cheese), the duck breast with sauce with red fruits, and tiramisu. The plates are very generous. Very good wines (and good food and wine pairing advice from our waitress), and the icing on the cake: an excellent génep. A great discovery, the Guillestrin will undoubtedly see us again!
