A nice, simple little place. Pleasant welcome. The quality improves when the dishes arrive. You realize the chef has poured all their passion into every dish, from appetizer to dessert, with culinary combinations that rival the best restaurants in the 05 and 04 regions (and I mean it). The quality/price ratio is justified.

Every time it's the same delightful culinary experience. The best restaurant in the entire Guillestrois region, in my opinion.

A nice little eatery, but very expensive. Expect to pay fifty euros per person. As in all restaurants of this type in Guillestre, they won't even offer you a local digestif, even if the bill is hefty.

07/09/2026: Jérôme gave us a fantastic welcome; it's truly a pleasure to see people who genuinely enjoy their work and are so incredibly welcoming! See you soon!
27/08/2026: We came at the end of the season, so we had space available. The welcome was very friendly. The place is great with plenty to do inside (table football and billiards) and in the surrounding area. Thanks again.
