Del Arte sur Aubiere

We know this chain, but we were a little disappointed this time: a tiny tomato and mozzarella salad with hardly any mozzarella, slow service even though the restaurant was rather empty, and the manager, who clearly wasn't putting in any effort and had forgotten her professional smile and all the usual courtesy. The playlist needs updating too! But hey, the food was good :)

Lack of friendliness, however, the pizza and dishes were excellent.

First time here, the food was excellent and very generous, the staff were pleasant and smiling. We'll gladly come back! 👍

You demonstrated great professionalism with a full house (the wait time was clearly stated upon arrival, and a minor hiccup was compensated with a gesture of goodwill without any complaint from us). As Parisians on vacation here, we had an incredible time at this restaurant! The food was excellent, everything was delicious from start to finish. The atmosphere was warm and friendly, and we truly enjoyed ourselves. A huge thank you to our server, Sarah, who was simply extraordinary. Smiling, attentive, professional, and incredibly kind, she greatly contributed to making this an unforgettable evening. A big thank you also to the chef, who came to chat with us. He immediately put us at ease; it was a real pleasure to talk with him. You can feel his passion and desire to ensure his customers have a wonderful experience.
