We ate very well, however, the waitress was barely friendly and extremely tense. The table next to us had already finished their main course, dessert, and paid while we were still waiting to be served, some 50 minutes after our arrival... As for the gentleman who took our payment (who I believe was a manager), he wasn't friendly at all... We sensed a bad atmosphere among the staff, which wasn't very pleasant... It's a shame because their pizzas are still the best.

The extra charge of 1.50 for a tiny dollop of whipped cream on ice cream is really excessive. Also, be mindful of the cleanliness of the cups.

So what can I say except that the quality is declining and the prices are skyrocketing? From a €9.90 main course and dessert or main course and drink, we've jumped to a €13.90 primi menu with dessert and a €3 drink supplement, with several intermediate options in between, but the latest menu is enough to put you off and make you never want to go back. The pomodoro salad had lower quality chicken than before, and the bambino pizza had more dough than topping. In short, loyal customers who had already noticed a drop in quality and a price increase have lost us completely.
