Del Arte is a restaurant chain we really appreciate. We've rarely been disappointed (only once in Normandy). Generally, the service is quick. The menu changes seasonally, offering some great culinary discoveries. The children have a menu they love. Currently, it's the only place where we're sure they'll eat everything. The loyalty program and the fact that they accept holiday vouchers are a nice touch. The restaurants have never disappointed us in terms of cleanliness.

I had a chicken Milanese with mashed potatoes and tomato sauce; it was delicious, a beautiful piece of chicken, as you can see in the photo. The pistachio flan was also very good; if you like pistachio, it's a good choice, but quite filling. We've been waiting for our coffee for 20 minutes; legend has it we'll never get it. I recommend it.
