A truly magical moment...everything was delicious from the appetizer to the dessert. Special mention for the seared tuna, a marvel of flavors! Furthermore, the staff, like the owner, were charming and always smiling. A wonderful evening! Thank you to the whole team and see you very soon.

We've lived in Bourgoin for a long time and discovered this place for the first time last night. Congratulations, everything was perfect! The staff and kitchen were all young, the food was fantastic, and the cocktails were delicious and surprising. You're a great team! We can't wait to come back and eat at your place!

Restaurant le Mot Passant

10/05/2026: We had a great lunch here after a morning of moving house. They were friendly and welcoming even though it was nearly 2pm when we arrived it was not a problem for us to eat lunch. The burgers were excellent as was my plat du jour. Also the chips were delicious!! Service was very friendly and the proprietor is delightful. We will be going back!
19/04/2026: Back to "Le Mot Passant" and it was another wonderful experience. A warm and attentive welcome immediately puts you at ease. The atmosphere truly gives the impression of "leaving home," of escaping for the duration of a meal, which is particularly enjoyable in its unpretentious setting. As for the food, we opted for a Savoyard hamburger and an andouillette sausage: two generous, flavorful, and well-prepared dishes that reflect genuine expertise. In short, an address we wholeheartedly recommend for a pleasant time over a delicious meal.
