Honestly, what a great find this restaurant was! We discovered it on a Friday evening. I called, and the lady was fantastic, giving us a very warm welcome. The atmosphere was great, and above all, the food was really good for the price. I highly recommend it if you want a full meal—go for it!

A real bar, just like we used to know and, above all, like we love them. An excellent place where the staff are friendly and helpful. The meals are simple and very good, with excellent prices. I love stopping by for a drink or a meal. Thank you to the whole team.

I came to eat the set menu alone on a rainy Saturday at lunchtime. A very generous terrine to start, followed by a tender piece of hanger steak and the famous crème brûlée, just like in Amélie. The manager and his team took excellent care of me, the meat was superb, and the price was very reasonable. I highly recommend this welcoming restaurant.

We went to Le Mot Passant for the first time yesterday, and we'll definitely be back. Let yourself be won over by the owner's warm welcome and step right through the doors of this bar-restaurant. The menu is generous, but not quite as generous as the portions served at your table. There were four of us, and we each ordered a different dish so we could try a bit of everything 😁 and we weren't disappointed. The butcher's cut with its garlic cloves was succulent, the 500g hanger steak with a Saint Marcellin sauce was a delight, the veal chop in a crust was simply wow, and finally, the duck breast with morel sauce was sumptuous, cooked to perfection. The side dishes were equally impressive, a huge and delicious portion. The wine list is also excellent, and we received very helpful recommendations. After enjoying profiteroles and tiramisu, we drove to the door, leaving with full stomachs and delighted taste buds. I recommend Le Mot Passant 200%! It's not just a restaurant you stumble upon, but one that's well worth the detour.

A charming, modern French-style bar and restaurant. The cuisine is homemade, using mostly regional and local products. The chef is a master of the art of cooking meat. The average bill is very reasonable, and the portions are generous. Occasionally, events (board game nights and concerts) are held at the restaurant. The dining room and terrace are spacious.

Friends told us they often go to this restaurant. My husband and I tried it yesterday. It's simply delicious. The service is fantastic, the food is good, simple, and generous, and the atmosphere is great. A relaxing, easygoing, and stress-free break. We will definitely be back.
