Delirium Cafe sur Rouen

The Rouen pub has a 5-star atmosphere and welcome. The staff and service are 20/20. I highly recommend it for a great evening.

Halloween night, tried a tropical beer and a Delirium Refrigerated ...ception. The waitress was very cute and in costume. Cool decor.

A friendly little bar located on a pedestrian square, a real hidden gem. They sell rare beers, almost impossible to find elsewhere, and the atmosphere is super relaxed. The waiters are cool; no one pushes you to buy anything; you can just relax. No table service, but it's still pleasant. The only downside: the decor is a bit old-school and dark, but that's also part of the place's charm.
