Dersou sur Paris

Our favorite dining spot in Paris! My partner and I first came to Dersou in 2021 and had one of the best meals of our lives. 3 years later, we returned this last weekend, nervous it wouldn’t live up to our memories. Fortunately, it was everything we remembered and more! We did the tasting menu with cocktail pairing and every dish was delicious, beautiful, and creative. The staff are exceptionally kind and welcoming. If you’re able, we recommend sitting at the bar to get a front row seat to the chef’s at work. We will definitely be back!

No clue why this place isn’t packed with a wait list. We had a business dinner upon recommendation from a friend. Amongst us a 2* Chef who knows food really well. The meal was top and the service too. Dishes take a bit too long to come out but this is easily rectified with more guests and then more staff. Wine list non-existent so drink the cocktails if that’s your thing. Hidden gem and it’s clear the chef knows his stuff. Well done.

The service is good, and overall a good restaurant, if you take the menus. If you ever take the à la carte dishes, expect to eat the quantity of an appetizer. 40€ per pigeon - quince puree, it's literally 3 thin slices of pigeon and a teaspoon of quince puree. Not profitable.

Overall sense of disappointment after dining here. Despite the very kind and friendly service, the food let this place down.

I really like the place, but food can be better. I had fish bones on my bonito tartar, maybe just unlucky- it was just my plate that had it. The zucchini was best for me and I thought the cocktail pairing was pretty good 👍🏼

A fantastic culinary experience. My wife and I opted for the 7 course meal with cocktail pairings - one alcoholic, the other non-alcoholic. Each course was exquisitely presented and the flavors exceeded the presentation. The meal was a journey, and each pairing of food and drink was a self-contained universe: broad in scope yet attentive to minute detail; varied in nature yet unashamedly singular when appropriate; drawing on many different culinary traditions yet always in the French style. If you are looking for a memorable evening, look no further. We will certainly return!

Second time here and second time immaculate experience. Food, service and atmosphere is top notch and it’s all at a very fair price point. Will come back:)

Reservamos su menú degustación de 7 platos y honestamente era bastante bueno. Eso es todo. No fue espectacular, ni valió la pena el precio. El ambiente está bien, pero las sillas y sobre todo el banco en el que estaba sentado no era cómodo, hasta el punto de que me desplazaba mucho en mi asiento.
