Culinary workshop offered as a gift voucher. Preparation of a starter = Beetroot gazpacho + Shitake tartare (mushrooms) with dulse (seaweed) and goat cheese mousse. Simple and delicious! I, who don't like beets, was pleasantly surprised by the taste!
