The sea bream was excellent, a few bones, but hey, it's still fish! 😅 The wines are organic and perfectly paired with the dish. Let yourself be guided. Perhaps the best restaurant in Grenoble. And I've had the pleasure of dining at À la Tour des Sens, La Table du Vin, L'Ambroisie, L'Amélys, and La Corne d'Or, among others. At 292, you dine in front of the open kitchen. The service is very pleasant without being intrusive. The seasoning and balance of flavors are exceptional, from the amuse-bouche to the dessert. The only surprising thing is that this restaurant is so little known. Highly recommended. And thank you to the owners for this wonderful discovery; we will be back.
