Amazing restaurant! The food is wonderful, authentic, and delicious. The owner of the restaurant served us with great service and was very kind. He told us he has been running this restaurant for 18 years; worth the experience if you want to try authentic Italian food. Great experience!

A wonderful experience... For starters, a delicious Parmigiana Melazane, followed by pasta bolognese and arrabbiata, perfectly al dente, served piping hot, all accompanied by a good Sicilian wine. We'll be back...

Good selection of Italian wines. Very generous salads. Very fresh and delicious tiramisu!! Attentive and fast service! Friendly and very knowledgeable staff. If you're in Paris and want to try an original pinsa (one of the few in all of France) and eat authentic Italian cuisine, you have to go to Vale&Ale.
