Here's a more detailed review: We discovered this restaurant quite by chance and we certainly weren't disappointed. We opted for the starter and main course set menu at €19.90, which I think offers excellent value for money, especially considering the quality of the ingredients. The plates are beautifully presented, the ingredients seem fresh, and the dishes are prepared with care. You can tell there's a real commitment to offering quality cuisine, which is very much appreciated. The portions might be slightly smaller than some might expect, especially for those with a big appetite. That said, they're still enough to fully enjoy the meal, and the quality of the ingredients more than makes up for this minor point. I much prefer a slightly smaller plate made with good ingredients to a huge quantity that sacrifices flavor. The staff also deserves a mention. The entire team is welcoming, friendly, and very pleasant. Despite appearing clearly overwhelmed when we visited, they remained professional, attentive, and readily available. It was evident they were doing their utmost to satisfy everyone without losing their good humor. Frankly, they deserve a lot of credit for their dedication and professionalism, despite their heavy workload. The atmosphere is pleasant, and you'll have a great time from start to finish. Service can be a little slower when it's busy, but this is easily understood given the pace at which the team works. It's better to wait a few extra minutes and enjoy well-prepared dishes than the other way around. In short, this is a wonderful restaurant in Avignon that I wholeheartedly recommend. For under €20, it's hard to find such a good balance between food quality, service, and price. With a slightly larger team to ease the pressure on staff during peak times, the experience would be virtually perfect. We will gladly return on our next trip to the area.

So… let’s just say we’ll probably have to grab a pizza afterward. The terrace is nice, our waitress was lovely, but as they say, it doesn’t feed a man or a woman, unless they’re sparrows, unfortunately. The portions are far too small for the price; my friends had to order bread twice to get enough to eat, and even then, two slices of bread for 12 people, you’ll agree, is pretty meager… at least tomorrow for the leaflet distribution, we won’t be carrying heavy loads. It’s a shame to have such a beautiful setting, right in the heart of Avignon, with such charming staff, and to spoil the experience a bit when, ultimately, we come here to eat. Sylvain, my director, who worked hard all day, would have preferred to eat his fill without resorting to ketchup bread, and unfortunately, I think his face betrays his disappointment… So, here are the main points I think need improvement to give this place the reputation it deserves.

Excellent food! Fast and efficient service; I waited less than 10 minutes for my Caesar salad! I highly recommend it.

A lovely restaurant tucked away on a side street. The food is consistently excellent. The filet de boeuf with its delicious Béarnaise sauce and the beef burger are highly recommended. Great value for money! The staff is very attentive and friendly.
