A truly wonderful culinary experience at this top-notch restaurant. Thank you for the warm welcome, the quality of the food, and the excellent service. We will gladly return.

I was only at the restaurant. The setting was magnificent, with a breathtaking view of the lovely priory bay and decor that perfectly complemented the natural surroundings. Such a setting invites tranquility, which the somewhat rushed and, for some, insensitive service prevented from being fully appreciated. I should clarify, however, that this observation doesn't apply to all the staff. But indeed, no one needs to empty the bottle of champagne before the starter, and it's a shame to have to repeat this without noticing a certain irritation with the service. The simplest solution would be to let customers serve themselves, if they request it or demonstrate it. The cheese service was also a bit rushed. This is somewhat of a shame considering the quality of the dishes, which seemed to be a tribute to the beauty of the landscape, with a special mention for the leek, in my opinion. I would also suggest a menu more suited to the developing palates of our children. In any case, despite some early-season adjustments, the evening was good.

We had lunch at this beautiful restaurant, ideally located with a breathtaking sea view. We thank the staff for welcoming us very late and for serving us so professionally. Kudos to the kitchen team, we thoroughly enjoyed our meal. It was absolutely fantastic! 🤩 Thank you for this special attention for my birthday! 🙏

We spent a night in this sublime hotel. The location is perfect, the view from the rooms is superb; we had suite 7, a true gem. The staff is lovely, a special mention to Margaux and all her colleagues who are incredibly attentive, available, and professional – thank you so much! The meal was a pure gastronomic marvel, a feast for both the eyes and the palate. Thank you to the chef! A lavish breakfast with everything you could want, served in our room on the terrace. And above all, thank you for accepting pets; our imposing Marvel loved his stay as much as we did. We plan to return in May for my birthday and another magical getaway at Mr. Meril's.

Incredible to stumble upon such a place, with incredibly kind staff and, above all, an exceptional view from the restaurant. The meal was divine, worthy of the finest Parisian restaurants, but with added simplicity. And what can I say about the room? Small, yes, but very pleasant. Thank you again for this wonderful experience.
