Come and share a large table in the guest house style and let yourself be guided, the menu is carte blanche, the chef has no menu, he cooks instinctively with the products of the moment and the season... When booking, the owner asks us for our preferences in order to develop a tailor-made menu. We chose the vegetarian option which was very well respected. The restaurant is not large, reservations are absolutely necessary. Customer-friendly service. Very in-depth explanations on the concept of the restaurant and the choices of the owners. Very hearty meal, we couldn't finish everything and the children weren't left out! Very good patisson stuffed with chard and gratinated with cheese. Use of spices that may not suit all tastes (tonka bean, acai berries, bergamot). Good wines.
