When booking, the owner asked us our preferences in order to create a tailor-made menu. We chose the vegetarian option, which was very well respected. The restaurant is not large, so reservations are essential. The service is attentive to customers. Very detailed explanations of the restaurant's concept and the owners' choices. Very generous meal, we couldn't finish it all, and the children were not left out! Very good pattypan squash stuffed with chard and cheese gratin. Use of spices that may not suit all tastes (tonka bean, acai berry, bergamot). Good wines.
