Quirky, original, family and alternative place where we were able to taste the creations cooked in the chef's bread oven. Family service with explanations and stories, which was followed by a selection of magnificent products in the grocery section of the restaurant to leave with memories of this astonishing culinary moment. Come and share a large table in the guest house style and let yourself be guided, the menu is carte blanche, the chef has no menu, he cooks instinctively with the products of the moment and the season... Vegans received without surprise in this place which defends biodiversity and 100% organic with ethics and an approach resolutely oriented towards the planet and respect for nature.

When booking, the owner asks us for our preferences in order to develop a tailor-made menu. We chose the vegetarian option which was very well respected. The restaurant is not large, reservations are absolutely necessary. Customer-friendly service. Very in-depth explanations on the concept of the restaurant and the choices of the owners. Very hearty meal, we couldn't finish everything and the children weren't left out! Very good patisson stuffed with chard and gratinated with cheese. Use of spices that may not suit all tastes (tonka bean, acai berries, bergamot). Good wines.

01/05/2024: Adresse à conserver, bouchon lyonnais en face du château de Noirmoutier. Accueil chaleureux et repas type « familial ». Prix correct : entrée plat dessert à moins de 30€. Pensez à réserver car la salle ne comporte pas beaucoup de tables. Seulement madame au service et Monsieur en cuisine. Produits frais et délicieusement cuisinés. ALLEZ-Y LES YEUX FERMÉS !
29/04/2024: Extra, authentique, cosy, dans un décor atypique et, ce qui est essentiel dans un restaurant : succulent. Après un accueil très chaleureux, nous avons été installés sur une table très soignée et agréable sur laquelle nous avons pu découvrir une superbe déco. La présentation de la carte donnait envie de tout prendre, nous avons pris la formule entrée-plat-dessert et c’était un régal du début à la fin. Nous avons apprécié la petite attention du dessert puisqu’on nous l’a servi avec une bougie pour notre anniversaire de mariage : merci. Établissement bien placé, en face du château, parking voiture et vélo à proximité (1’ de marche). Très belle expérience, je recommande en réservant car pas très grand. Nous le referons sans hésiter

29/09/2024: Very pleasant moment, the pancakes are delicious, very well filled with quality products and the dough is delicious.
29/09/2024: Unfortunately we had a table in the middle of the restaurant right by the entrance door. Since it was a stormy cold day, I was very cold because the door was opened very often.
