Great wine bar in Cassis with an excellent selection of wines, especially by the glass — everything we tried was delicious. The food was also really good, and the prices felt very reasonable for the area. Really nice atmosphere, relaxed vibe, great service, and overall a much more enjoyable experience than the busy waterfront places.

This is a hidden little gem in the heart of Cassis. No, there is no view, but you will soon forget that detail after you meet Philippe the owner and taste his gorgeous selection of wines and indulge in the lovely tapas on offer. No one should leave Cassis without at least having one glass at this cool wine bar.

Hotel Restaurant Le Clos des Aromes

17/06/2026: We loved this restaurant for its helpfulness (they found us a table on our first night even though we hadn't booked), the kindness of the extremely knowledgeable and friendly staff, the quality of the food, and the welcoming atmosphere. A highly recommended experience that we'll definitely repeat.
