We celebrated our wedding at Domaine des Mauriers on Wednesday, August 26th, and had an unforgettable day thanks to the entire team. The meal was divine and the service exceptional. This incredible venue provided a magical setting for our secular ceremony. The preparations were handled with such kindness and consideration. Thank you, Audrey, from the bottom of our hearts. Thank you to the kitchen team, thank you Fatna and Yaelle, thank you to the owner! You are all amazing! We couldn't have dreamed of a better wedding, and you made it happen! We hope to see you again very soon, Coralie and Fabien

Hello, we had a wonderful stay. This is our second time here. The staff are incredibly friendly and professional, the setting is exotic and peaceful with its giant palm trees and countryside area, and the children quickly made friends at the kids' club. We hope to come back next year with Grandma.

A discreet, almost secret spot with a park. We went there for a party. The restaurant is very good, the service impeccable, simple, and efficient. A lovely place for a celebration.

We celebrated our 30th anniversary in this magnificent, wooded estate. Everything was perfect, from the initial planning contacts with the very attentive owner, to the dinner, including the aperitif and the delightful service. We can't wait for our 40th anniversary!

We were there for a family reunion, but the meal, while good quality, wasn't nearly enough, and and let's not even talk about the alcohol; we weren't exactly going to leave drunk 😜

Authentic and attentive service. Additional services (room rental, meal delivery) - beautiful setting - moderate price - varied menu. I recommend it.

Le Lion D'or, France

09/10/2026: Nice terrace dining area, ordered an eggplant salad to share with my wife as we had just arrived by train and couldn’t check in to our hotel yet it was late afternoon and wanted something to hold us over until dinner. Apparently this is not a thing to do in France even at the later hour as our condescending waiter let us know in no uncertain terms, “no entree?, to share? This is all you are having?” Surely given the location (near the main entrance to the city) and judging by the clientele, it is touristy, so you’d expect more tolerance. Our food wasn’t worth the awkwardness of the service which I sense was more about the amount we spent than lunch traditions.
09/10/2026: We enjoyed lunch at this restaurant, which was recommended by friends. The quality of the food was incredible, and the service was excellent. However, the prices were quite high, which I imagine reflects the restaurant's prestige and reputation.
