I highly recommend this venue. The welcome was wonderful, and the professionalism was exceptional, thanks to Anaïs and her entire team. My mother's surprise 80th birthday party was a resounding success! The meal, from appetizer to dessert, was excellent, and the birthday cake was magnificent. We were able to stay at our tables until late afternoon/early evening without any stress. The team let us enjoy our celebration in peace, which I want to emphasize because it's so rare these days to find places like this. All our friends and family were delighted. So, a huge thank you to the whole team and especially to Anaïs, who is a true professional, for her excellent communication and organization via email. A thousand thanks! Thank you, goodbye. Finally, a modicum of customer service, which was completely lacking. But being yelled at outside to demand payment that their incompetence had ignored was a very unpleasant experience. The building has character. The room is (very) small. Is the (rather loud) music outside really necessary late at night? Would we recommend it?

We chose Domaine GAO for our seminar (around 15 people), and everything was fantastic. The meeting room fully met our expectations (projector, U-shaped table layout, and the coffee and afternoon tea breaks were much appreciated). Lunch was excellent, with efficient service. We also had dinner there (the à la carte menu was superb) and stayed overnight: the rooms are very well-maintained, and the bedding is exceptionally comfortable. A peaceful and charming place that was a unanimous hit! A big thank you to Anaïs for her responsiveness and excellent customer service!

I would have loved to give this beautiful establishment five stars; the rooms are well-maintained and truly lovely. Unfortunately, my partner and I stayed two nights at this hotel, and despite the perfect setting and the staff's friendliness, we found it quite noisy. The soundproofing isn't up to scratch; we could hear conversations from neighboring rooms as well as all the comings and goings on the stairs. This doesn't detract from the hotel's charm, but unfortunately, for a holiday like ours, it was a nuisance. Aside from that, the place has a peaceful atmosphere that we appreciated.

A rare find, a magnificent setting, extremely kind staff, and the food is wonderful 🤩. Don't change a thing, everything is PERFECT 👍, well done and above all, THANK YOU!
