Le Gaulois sur Aix-En-Provence

The salesperson deserves a raise. He was so nice; he let me pay by card even though it wasn't planned. Thanks again, it's really appreciated!

Settled on the shaded terrace of Le Gaulois, THE neighborhood bistro Under the beautiful and majestic chestnut tree Or at the foot of the ancient stones of Saint-Sauveur Cathedral Time seems to stand still, and the wind caresses the skin of local workers and tourists from afar A whiff of coffee, the ringing of the church bells, the sweet aroma of cooking, an Italian tune, laughter rising… The authentic, down-to-earth atmosphere, the murmur of the square, and the southern accent make this terrace a little slice of paradise. And thank you to the whole team for making this moment so delightful!

Very welcoming, the barista and salesperson were very friendly.

Excellent service, very friendly staff, I highly recommend it

Amazing service by Thibault 🫶 this place is very well located; if it’s too hot they have a nice terrace with a lot of shade and wind - best mixte. I definitely recommend ☺️

A wonderful place where good atmosphere and friendship reign supreme! I highly recommend this peaceful place where your soul will find peace.

Nice bar to relax on the terrace with friends. The cocktails are very good and the waiter and waitress are very charming.

Great welcome, top-notch service, I really like the exterior, well located in Aix, it's always very pleasant to go there and enjoy this place!

We received a very warm welcome, thank you all!

Amazing!! The bar is so lively, you feel right at home. The servers, Lilian and Mathias, provided me with fast, high-quality service throughout my visit; I'm truly grateful to them. I highly recommend it; it's a must-visit in Aix-en-Provence if you're looking for an authentic spot. A new favorite!!
