Domino's Pizza sur Besancon

I was very disappointed with my last Domino's Pizza order. I ordered three pizzas and was only given three tiny hot sauces, one per pizza. When I asked for a few more, I was told they weren't allowed to give me any more. What I don't understand is that with my previous orders, I was given several without any problem. Why is that no longer possible? If there has been a change in policy regarding the sauces, it would be good to explain it clearly to customers. I order from you regularly and until now I've been satisfied, but this time I'm really disappointed.

The food was excellent and the delivery was fast; it's a shame you always have to negotiate for the delivery person to come up, especially when there's an elevator.

I've been shopping at Domino's for years, whether it's for takeout or delivery, and it's always gone well. The team is great. Don't change a thing! 👍

Update: I've had to revise my notes because the 5-cheese pizza has been completely discontinued! It's probably been replaced by the Cheesy Crush, but since that's part of the signature menu, it's not included in the Crazy Tuesdays and Thursdays specials. Luckily, I keep coming back for the legendary Savoyarde pizza and the always warm welcome. Special thanks to Bilel and the team for their good cheer.

Absolutely nothing to complain about, a perfect experience at Domino’s Pizza Besançon! I picked up my order, and everything was ready on time, even a little early. The service was excellent, the staff were friendly and efficient. The pizzas were piping hot, delicious, and generously topped. Honestly, it's a pleasure to have such impeccable service from start to finish. I highly recommend it, and I'll definitely be back.

Thank you for the excellent service. However, I would like to point out that pork was found on my pizza, which I ordered this Thursday. Please be extra vigilant to avoid this type of incident, especially for customers who do not usually eat this type of meat. I would appreciate it if you could pass this information along.
