We ordered 12 pizzas at 10 PM. Like any restaurant of this type, they called to confirm the order. We didn't answer, we arrived, and they said, "Sorry, we called you." Without hesitation, the team got to work preparing the pizzas. That's what you call goodwill and service! Thank you to the whole team; you saved us from being devoured by hungry kids.

I've been getting my pizzas delivered for years. And I've noticed for quite some time now that the quality has seriously declined. There are a lot of mistakes with the deliveries, the sides are undercooked and practically inedible without refrying them (fries, wings, etc.). Even today, there was a mistake with the ice cream, the fries were white, undercooked, practically mush (shocking in the box), and the buffalo wings were undercooked, resulting in rubbery meat. Last month, they mixed up the chickenitos I ordered and sent the chili ones, which wasn't ideal for a small child. The pizzas are getting worse and worse. Today, I couldn't even finish my cheese pizza because it was so bad. I don't know what's going on, but it's making me not want to continue being a customer. I think I'll soon stop ordering from them altogether.
