Domino's Pizza sur Essey-Les-Nancy

Long wait. But I understand, it's January 1st, they must have been overwhelmed with orders. I called, I offered to come and pick up the pizza to ease the pressure a little (in my own way). They were very kind when I arrived and made a goodwill gesture, which I appreciate. It's not an easy job, good luck to you.

I placed an order around 6 PM last Monday for a large takeaway order worth around €150! I arrived on time, and they told me my order would be ready in 10 minutes. In the end, I waited an hour and a half! As compensation, a young man claiming to be responsible told me he would give me free pizzas for the delay! I am extremely grateful for this gesture!

I have no complaints about any of my orders. Each time, the pizzas and sides were very good, and the deliveries were fast. The only downside is the price of the pizzas when not on sale, which I find a bit high.

Fantastic experience!! Quick, easy, and the manager is really great. There are a thousand reasons to criticize fast food, but in this case, that's not one of them. Thomas
