I placed a click and collect order on Tuesday evening, September 15th. As is often the case with this restaurant, some items were missing from the order. Of course, we only noticed this once we got home. This time, when I called to complain, I spoke with a very friendly and professional manager who demonstrated genuine customer service skills. This is a rare quality these days, and the restaurant would be wise to do everything it can to maintain it.

I ordered a Sprite with ice, but it came without ice. The toilets were dirty. The parking gate was closed when it was supposed to be open. The food was okay and the restaurant has a view of the three-section trolleybus terminal.

It's a shame there are so many oversights with the orders and the fries get cold very quickly. Otherwise, the staff are very friendly.

Apparently less crowded compared to Nancy, so great for children who can play.

04/09/2026: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great experience! I came in for ice cream and was served incredibly quickly. The service at the counter was excellent: smiling, pleasant, and very friendly staff, both when ordering and paying 😊 It's so nice to be greeted with such good cheer! Fast, efficient, and warm service. No complaints whatsoever, I'll definitely be back! 🍦
31/08/2026: The service on site was very quick, and the staff were very welcoming. The design of the premises is great, especially the drawing kiosk for children.
