Very friendly staff, easy to access, the Drive is not very automated, but functional as long as there are no people.

I wanted to leave a very positive review following my visit to Domino’s Pizza in Cernay today. I received a very warm welcome from a smiling and professional employee. The pizza was excellent; I really have no complaints about the quality. But above all, I want to emphasize the honesty and kindness of the team: I had forgotten my bag containing my money and wallet. Once back in Besançon, after searching everywhere, I called the restaurant. This charming employee immediately reassured me, telling me they had found my bag and returned it to me. A huge thank you to her and to the entire Domino’s team for their professionalism and kindness. It’s rare and deserves to be highlighted!

So, the little sign with our order read: “We know… we remember to leave a review when things aren’t right. But when everything is perfect, we sometimes forget to say so…” Clearly, we don’t share the same definition of “perfect.” Waiting 30 minutes for an order, without being told it was ready, is quite frustrating. We were left waiting without any information, and the service really left much to be desired. Sorry, but this experience was far from perfect.
