A lovely breakfast on the terrace, still a bit cool... I had the set menu: freshly squeezed orange juice, filter coffee, fromage blanc, and homemade honey granita... delicious! Plenty of other options, both savory and sweet...

A fantastic spot in the heart of Saint-Brieuc. We love the decor, the warm welcome, the service, and their lunch and afternoon tea options that everyone enjoys. Made with fresh ingredients, the recipes are varied and change daily. With this heat, the ice cream from Eric Elien is also a welcome treat. In short, a must-visit in the city center for a delicious and satisfying experience. Thank you.

A nice coffee shop in the centre of Saint-Brieuc, we had two cappuccino’s. Very tasty, but French coffees are a little smaller than in the UK, so you may need 2 each :-)

Le Chaudron

13/09/2026: Without a doubt, the best restaurant in Saint-Brieuc and the surrounding area. As a customer for several years, I can attest that La Vigna is unbeatable. Every dish on the menu is absolutely excellent, and you can tell that all the ingredients are top-quality. The wine list is also excellent. But it's the warm welcome and service that truly make La Vigna a superb restaurant. The owners are incredibly welcoming, and the servers are just as pleasant. Their recommendations are always spot-on. The setting is also lovely (especially for Saint-Brieuc) with its small terrace. Absolutely a must-try.
13/09/2026: Super friendly staff, good wine recommendations, the 3 pasta dishes were of excellent quality.

27/09/2026: A wonderful discovery! A real step back in time with this fantastic decor! Homemade and generous portions, a very attentive and humorous manager – we loved it! A special bonus was the offer to take a photo with the restaurant's characters – brilliant!
27/09/2026: A wonderful discovery! The welcome, the atmosphere, the decor—you feel truly at ease from the moment you arrive. But what can I say about the homemade dishes, made with quality ingredients and generous portions just like home cooking? Simply excellent. Thank you! Of course, we'll be back and highly recommend it.
