A real treat, a delight for our taste buds, generous and beautifully presented plates. The owner and servers were very kind; even the apprentice was adorable and made us laugh a lot. He made a few mistakes, but he was so cheerful and kind that they were quickly forgotten. It's important to remember that he's there to teach and encourage young people towards this profession, so kudos to him for being able to laugh at his mistakes, and kudos to the team for encouraging him in this wonderful career. So keep going, gain confidence, and above all, keep your kindness and your smile! Great restaurant, I highly recommend it.

I particularly appreciated the fact that the restaurant offers a truly vegetarian menu, as refined, creative, and delicious as the rest of the offerings. It's still all too rare in Michelin-starred restaurants to be able to enjoy such a complete gastronomic experience when you're vegetarian. And the setting is simply incredible: a truly original and perfectly designed space, with a superb view that makes the experience even more exceptional. In short, an address I highly recommend, both to vegetarians and to all lovers of fine dining. A wonderful discovery!
