Wedding meal on August 1st, 2026....Emilie and Yvan Sublime and delicious... A huge thank you to Jean Étienne and his team for the impeccable service throughout our meal, from the aperitif to dessert. They took excellent care of our wedding with 15 guests, and everyone was delighted. Jean Étienne was available for everything from planning the meal and preparing the venue to assisting us throughout our meetings. A big thank you to the head chef, Benjamin, whom we would have loved to meet to thank him warmly for our delicious meal... and the special touch for the dessert. Also, a big thank you to Isabelle for her incredibly quick response to our email exchanges; we would have loved to meet her to thank her as well. We will definitely be back... It's an address we will never forget.

Excellent! We thoroughly enjoyed everything from the appetizers to the dessert, including the amuse-bouches, the curry and four-spice flavored butters, and the drinks. Everything was perfect and exceeded our expectations. Congratulations to the Chef!

I highly recommend the restaurant Le Quatre Saisons. We loved our meal. Kudos to the team; we received a warm welcome. The staff were pleasant and competent. Great atmosphere. We'll definitely be back.

Excellent, refined meal, kudos to the chef! A very good bottle of wine. Minor drawbacks: the service was too fast and one waiter (manager) was unfriendly. Be careful if you don't know the staff; new customers shouldn't judge a book by its cover.

20/07/2026: A planned stop at this restaurant during our vacation, chosen for its menu featuring seafood. From the moment we arrived, we were enveloped in the atmosphere of this cozy little haven, with a magnificent view of the valley from our table on the terrace and a "romantic" sunset. From the amuse-bouches to the final dessert, it was pure enchantment! Mackerel, spider crab, langoustine, bluefin tuna, monkfish...it's impossible to describe all these wonderful dishes, but what flavors!! And perfectly cooked...a 10 out of 10 for a truly delightful meal...and 10.5...I know, that's too high :) for the bluefin tuna. And we finished in style with the refreshing taste of lemon. If we're ever back in Côtes d'Armor, we'll definitely return. Finally, the service was impeccable and friendly, and thank you to the chef for our little chat before we left.
18/07/2026: The seafood cuisine is remarkable: ultra-fresh oysters, perfectly cooked lobster, and beautifully balanced, visually stunning desserts. Smooth service, a soothing view, and impeccable gastronomy. A must-try during our summer in Brittany.
