It reminded me of a classic Tokyo ramen place, no frills and straight to the point with their cuisine. We tried the Shoyu Ramen (very good broth), legume gyoza (pleasant), and the cold ramen with sauce on the side, which is their specialty (really good, obviously, if it's your first ramen experience, start with the hot Shoyu); they don't make Ajitsuke Tamago, but the eggs were good anyway.

A Bangladeshi chef who has lived in Japan and speaks excellent Japanese will serve you authentic Japanese ramen. The taste is undoubtedly just like the ramen you'd eat in Japan.

A small, unassuming canteen that's surprisingly affordable, especially considering how good the food is. The cold tsukemen is perfect. The edame with the beer is great.

I ate the best ramen of my life at this vegan and vegetarian-friendly restaurant. I hope you can find a way to refresh the kitchen area for the staff in the future, although I realize it won't be easy. Also, the staff is absolutely lovely and very helpful. Thank you for this wonderful evening; I'm sure I'll be back as soon as I can! P.S.: The broths are very salty, but the menu suggests asking for them to be diluted a bit more if you don't like your food too salty, which I think is great.

16/10/2026: Excellent experience at Aya Shi Nation! I ate very well, the dishes were delicious, and the service was pleasant and efficient. A welcoming team and a great time spent at this restaurant. I highly recommend it!
15/10/2026: October 14, 2026: Very good experience at this restaurant. Since my visit in 2019, the concept has changed. It's now an all-you-can-eat menu. This means you can choose 5 items and have 5 servings per person. Personally, we only had 2 servings. The pizzas and California rolls were very good 😋. The quantity was there, as was the quality. I paid €24.90 including a Coke for dinner. I recommend it! August 2019: I ordered the set menu with 24 pieces of sashimi, 2 skewers, and a Coke for €25 total. The miso soup was good, as was the coleslaw (though a little too cold). The sashimi and the two chicken skewers were all good.

29/10/2026: When Asian people are in Europe, we tend to crave for rice. Some, like me can do without rice for 4 days 🤣. We look for other Asian food twice a week and we found this quaint restaurant with great service. The young man was attentive when I dropped by chopstick amd replaced it with new ones. I asked for fresh spring rolls and stir friend beef while hubby had his pho. I am happy with my order but was just looking for the peanut sauce for the spring rolls and they only had fish sauce. It was still a great meal.
26/10/2026: It was crowded during mealtime, but the food came out quickly. The raw beef lemon salad was also delicious.
