It reminded me of a classic Tokyo ramen place, no frills and straight to the point with their cuisine. We tried the Shoyu Ramen (very good broth), legume gyoza (pleasant), and the cold ramen with sauce on the side, which is their specialty (really good, obviously, if it's your first ramen experience, start with the hot Shoyu); they don't make Ajitsuke Tamago, but the eggs were good anyway.

A Bangladeshi chef who has lived in Japan and speaks excellent Japanese will serve you authentic Japanese ramen. The taste is undoubtedly just like the ramen you'd eat in Japan.

A small, unassuming canteen that's surprisingly affordable, especially considering how good the food is. The cold tsukemen is perfect. The edame with the beer is great.

I ate the best ramen of my life at this vegan and vegetarian-friendly restaurant.
I hope you can find a way to refresh the kitchen area for the staff in the future, although I realize it won't be easy. Also, the staff is absolutely lovely and very helpful. Thank you for this wonderful evening; I'm sure I'll be back as soon as I can!
P.S.: The broths are very salty, but the menu suggests asking for them to be diluted a bit more if you don't like your food too salty, which I think is great.

Still as good as ever, but you need to turn on the air conditioning out of respect for your employees who are dying of heat in the first room; it's really not right.
